History
Established in 2004.
The business started in late 2004 when president Frank Uithoven left the banking and lender world for the broker world.
The vision was to help client that the banks were not interested in investing in as well as clients who did not want to work with the banks.
Although we do work with major banks and credit unions, we also work with numerous other lenders offering better rates and terms for those with AAA credit as well as bruised or damaged credit.
