It has an r-value better than carpet, and inhibits mold and mildew. It is an indoor and outdoor product that is slip-resistant and can withstand flooding events without damage. It is also extremely strong withstanding 8000psi so vehicles can drive on it, and in outdoor applications regular pressure washing will not harm the stones.
