Hayabusa Karate is a karate school that offers instruction of Shotokan Karate for kids and adults. The chief instructor is a 6 time National Champion who specializes in Kata (form) and Kumite (fighting) and teaches both disciplines to her students.
Hayabusa Karate provides individuals and families the opportunity to live a healthy lifestyle, learn Shotokan karate, develop focus and self discipline, learn self defence and have fun.
Classes are offered to children ( 3 years old and up) and adults of any age. Many parents come to the class to work out with their children.
Classes are offered 4 times a week:
Saturdays: 1:00 pm-2:30 pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 8:30 pm-10:00 pm
Fridays: 6:45 pm -7:45 pm
It is located at Ron Zalko Gym at 1807 West 1st Avenue (@1st Avenue and Burrard in Kitsilano, Vancouver).
