Vice President of NorthBridge Consultants. James spent the majority of his career providing advice to small and medium-sized businesses with respect to raising capital (senior debt, subordinated debt and private equity), mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and debt restructurings. Over the last two years, he has become experienced in advising companies on government public funding programs in order to finance projects for innovation and growth. He is a firm believer that government funding should be considered as a part of the overall financing solution (in addition to debt and equity). James has held advisory positions at both independent investment banking firms and one of the Big Four accounting firms. James graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration.
